A 1 year, 3 Year and 5 Year plan can sharpen your focus and with an end goal envisioned, we can take the steps to make them happen.
If you can see the plan in action, and your progress along the way, you will be more motivated to make sure that end goal is a big enough!
IMPLEMENT
The next step is to implement those new procedures and see them in action.
But this is not the time to be stubborn! It is important that we fine tune our new methods to perfect them.
Don’t forget, your customers, suppliers and even staff are the best proof of a system working, so don’t be afraid to lean into whatever is working
