We both want to make the most of the 30 minute call, so the below will help us focus on the most important details:

  • Business History - What have you done, what did you want to do?

  • Problems - what issues are you facing slowing you down? these could be procedural, environmental or financial

  • Goals - Given your experiences, what direction or outcomes do you want from your business?

  • Procedures - how does your business currently work? do you have systems and processes in place to run help with day-to-day decision?

  • Dream Outcome - Let’s start from the end and work backwards, work out the best case scenario and we can then get you there

  • Prepare some questions - this is a chance for you to get to know me and my business too, so have some questions ready to go or some topics to discuss
